New Hampshire is replete with scenic destinations for those who love the outdoors. The following are a few must-see places in this New England state:

- Mount Monadnock. Located in Jaffrey, Mount Monadnock has more than 40 miles of trails and attracts over 125,000 hikers each year. On a clear day, hikers can see all six states in New England from the mountain’s peak.

- Mount Washington Auto Road. Offering breathtaking views, Mount Washington Auto Road takes travelers to New England’s highest peak. Visitors can also take a ride on the four-track Mount Washington Snow Coach to enjoy the winter scenery.

- Conway Scenic Railroad. The Conway Scenic Railroad starts at 1874 Victorian Station and takes visitors to either Conway or Bartlett. Powered by steam or diesel, the train gives riders a glimpse of times past as they ride in restored passenger cars through this scenic mountain area.
